By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use RexCRM. 1. Definitions “RexCRM”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to RexCRM India. “User”, “You” refers to any individual or business using RexCRM. “Services” refers to all tools, software, dashboards, APIs, extensions, and features provided by RexCRM. 2. Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use RexCRM. You must have the legal authority to use WhatsApp and digital communication tools for your business. 3. Services Description RexCRM provides WhatsApp CRM, automation, integrations, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the services at any time without prior notice. 4. WhatsApp & Third-Party Platforms RexCRM is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by WhatsApp, Meta, or any third-party platform. Compliance with WhatsApp Business API policies and third-party rules is solely the user’s responsibility. RexCRM is not responsible for account suspension, restriction, or bans imposed by WhatsApp or any third party. 5. User Responsibilities By using RexCRM, you agree that you will: Not send spam, fraudulent, illegal, or misleading messages Not send bulk promotional messages without proper user consent Comply with Indian IT laws, WhatsApp policies, and applicable data protection laws Keep your account credentials secure and confidential 6. Account & Access Each user is responsible for maintaining their own account Sharing or misuse of accounts is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in your plan RexCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious or abusive activities 7. Payments & Refund Policy All payments are required in advance No refunds will be provided unless explicitly stated Pricing plans may change from time to time Applicable taxes, including GST, may be charged as per Indian law 8. Free Trial / Demo Free trials or demos are provided strictly for evaluation purposes Trial misuse, repeated registrations, or abuse is not permitted RexCRM reserves the right to revoke trial access without prior notice 9. Limitation of Liability RexCRM shall not be liable for: Any direct or indirect business losses Loss of revenue or profits WhatsApp account suspension or bans Downtime, technical failures, or service interruptions All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. 11. Intellectual Property All RexCRM software, branding, logos, UI, content, and materials are the intellectual property of RexCRM Copying, reselling, modifying, or reverse-engineering any part of RexCRM without written permission is strictly prohibited 12. Termination RexCRM reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice if the user: Violates these Terms & Conditions Engages in illegal, abusive, or harmful activities Misuses the platform or services 13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India. 14. Changes to Terms RexCRM may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
